Global Affairs Canada is providing short-term scholarships to mid-career professionals from ASEAN member countries for professional development through short-term courses in Canada. Canadian university scholarships for international students!

The Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED) program aim to reduce poverty in ASEAN developing countries while also achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

The SEED program’s mid-career component provides opportunities for professional development through short-term courses in Canada that are aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and may include (but are not limited to) the following priority sectors:

  • Gender-Based Analysis;
  • Performance management/deliverology/results based management/performance audit;
  • Financial technologies;
  • Financial management/comptrollership/project management; and
  • Climate change adaptation/environmental sustainability/environmental impact assessment.
