Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship 2023: Fully Funded

Jackie Robinson Foundation scholarship 2023 is a fully-funded scholarship for all minority high school students from the USA. These students must have SAT scores of 1000 or higher or ACT scores of 21 or higher. Financial needs and other factors will be considered.

The Jackie Robinson Foundation seeks to preserve the legacy of Hall of Fame baseball player Jackie Robinson through various scholarships. The Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship program offers a variety of awards to students from minority backgrounds. This scholarship is awarded each year to students who exemplify Jackie Robinson’s excellence and leadership.

What is Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship Program (JRF)?

Jackie Robinson Foundation is an annual scholarship program that financially assists its Scholars in attending JRF’s annual four-day “Mentoring and Leadership Conference” in New York City, as well as other events throughout the year. JRF Scholars receive college scholarships totaling $35,000 (thirty-five thousand dollars) over a four-year period.

Scholars have access to a full four-year curriculum that includes career counseling, internship, permanent job placement, international travel, leadership development, and training in real-world skills, in addition to substantial financial support.

This scholarship is both need-based and merit-based. Note: No Essay is required.

Eligibility For Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship

To be eligible for a Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship, an applicant must possess the following:

• Applicant must be a graduating, minority high school senior
• Must be a United States citizen
• S/he must present evidence of financial need
• Applicant must demonstrate a record of academic excellence
• He/she must demonstrate leadership potential and a dedication to community service
• Submit an official SAT and/or ACT test exam score from junior or senior year*
• Applicant must plan to attend an accredited and approved 4-year college within the United States or affiliated with a United States-based college or university
• Must not possess a degree from, or be enrolled in, a 2 4–year college when applying.

How Much is the Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship

The JRS Foundation program is worth  $7,500 yearly for four years. Therefore, the total amount for the Jackie Robinson Foundation scholarships is $30,000.
